2. What the site is for
Kalkuli provides free calculators and explanatory guides for learning, study and everyday calculations. You're welcome to use the results in your own work, homework and projects.
3. Accuracy
The calculators are tested carefully (see how they're checked), but no software is perfect, and results depend on what you enter. Calculations use standard 64-bit floating-point arithmetic, which has the limits described in the precision guide.
Results are provided "as is", without any warranty that they're free of errors. For safety-critical engineering, structural, medical or financial decisions, or for anything you'll be formally assessed on, verify important results independently.
4. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kalkuli and its operator aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
5. Content
The text, guides, graphics and code on Kalkuli are the work of its operator unless stated otherwise. You can quote short passages with a link back. Please don't republish whole guides or copy the site's code without permission. Mathematical formulas and facts themselves aren't owned by anyone.
6. Links and advertising
The site shows ads from Google AdSense and links to other websites. Kalkuli isn't responsible for the content of ads or external sites.

Tools and guides may be updated, improved or removed at any time. These terms may also change; the date at the top shows when they were last updated.
